Inputing Credit Card Billing Address Information:


When filling out Credit Card payment information for your Canadian Visa, MasterCard etc. on your profile, you will need to do the following in order for the software to accept your associated Billing Address for the Credit Card on file:

1. When selecting the "State" option, you'll need to select "California"
2. When selecting the "Country" option, you'll select "Canada" as you normally would. 

All other postal address and/or residential address information should be input as normal. We apologize for the non-intuitive nature of the Credit Card billing information for our international Canadian customers. We are currently working with our software partners to create a BETTER SOLUTION SOON that is straightforward and intuitive.
